The aim of these reviews is to break down the high science from \u2018data-rich\u2019 primary papers and provide practical advice and opinion. To further encourage discussion and learning, original research articles are welcomed across the clinical landscape, including observational, real-world and health outcomes studies. Editorials, case reports, commentaries and practice pearl articles are also featured.<\/span><\/p>\n The journal is of interest to clinicians, healthcare professionals and researchers as it provides practical advice relevant to the everyday clinical setting regarding the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions. <\/span>touchREVIEWS in Neurology<\/span><\/i> endeavours to support these professionals in continuously developing their knowledge, effectiveness and productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n Many articles are independently commissioned by the journal’s Commissioning Editor following specialist guidance from the Editorial Board. However, the journal also welcomes and encourages external submissions through our online portal<\/span><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Touch Medical Media endeavours to publish unbiased, balanced reviews and studies and follow the publication guidelines as recommended by the ICMJE<\/a><\/span> and in the Good Publication Practice guidelines<\/a> <\/span>(updated 2022 Good Publication Practice guidelines available here<\/a><\/span>). All authors are asked to disclose personal, commercial, academic, and financial\/non-financial interests in the ‘Disclosures’ section of their manuscript, along with any funding, financial support and medical writing\/editorial assistance relating to the paper. All articles undergo a rigorous, double-blind peer review, conducted by at least two independent experts in the field to ensure articles are balanced, objective and relevant to the current clinical landscape.
